The Perfect ePoS has two main modules:

1. ePoS Management (Sales manager) Module (PoSM):
The ePOS Manager (ePOSM) module is the core of the ePOS package. The purpose of this module is to capture data transfers from the ePOS centers and manages the ePOS centers in order to provide general statements for the firm. It is the source of the sales statements generated by Perfect ePOS system.

2. ePoS Module:
This module has been design in an efficient and simple way, so it facilitates the use of the system, taking into account the limitation of sales staff in one hand and the customers’ traffic on the other hand. In addition, specific security has been imposed in this module, such as the user can manipulate only a list of predefined accounts and a limited number of transactions. These will not impair the sales users’ requirements and duties.

Perfect ePoS Technical Features:
Perfect is a completely multi-lingual web-based system that requires only a web browser (Internet Explorer) on the client side which may run any operating system (Windows, Linux, Mac etc). No More downloads or plug-ins.

For the Server side , it requires a web server that supports Java preferably tomcat or JBoss with tomcat integration. The open architecture allows data to be stored in any database management system DBMS, such as mySQL , Oracle, SQL Server , Sybase , Informix etc.

Security is controlled via a tight security system module with users grouped into roles whose privileges can be adjusted by the system administrator.
